  First I was charged for two, first time appointments on my French Bulldogs, problem was, she never even picked up the dog. I understand an office charge, but don't you check out the dog? Well, she talks well, so I went ahead and got a c-section done on one of my French Bulldogs, BIG MISTAKE. Pups had burn marks on feet, ears, and underarms, and she gave so much anesthesia that dam did not wake up for 12 hours , teats were already going mastic.But worse part was, dam's incision was coming apart, she stapled the incision. I've been in on 96 c-sections, and the vets always stitch and staple the incision, this was 1 inch apart already. Vet claims, oh the dam must of been running around, that was not the case, she was so drugged she didn't want to move. Usually only takes a couple of hours for a dam to come off the drug, this dam was dead to the world for 12 hours and then didn't want to move. But what really ticked me off, she wanted to charge me $412.00 to restitch her up, I already paid $1250, she screwed up and wanted to charge me again to fix her mistake. I walked out, went home and called 3 other vets. Got dam taken care of the correct way, it was terrible that she had to go under anesthesia again. All 3 vets stated she should fix her mistake, French Bulldogs usually have c-sections, in all the 96 c-sections that I helped out with, I never had to get a dam restitch, do not trust this woman to your dog. She talks the talk, seems very smart in fact, but she stated she making a ton of money, get someone that cares. Had the c-section done on Saturday morning at 10:00, called her all weekend, didn't answer till 7:30 a.m. Monday morning, receptionist said she text her, vet did not respond to her own receptionist let alone me, I waited till 2 p.m. to see her, The vet that restitched my dog, stated it was a lousy job she did with the staples, most not even connecting to other side, I am going to put in a formal complaint, so find another vet, maybe one thats not in for the money.

  Dr. Sherry and staff are fantastic! She has seen me through the life of one four legged baby and takes excellent care of my 16 year old Yorkie. Every pet owner should be so lucky to have a Vet clinic like Angleton Veterinary Clinic. I would be lost without them to depend on.
