- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Secretary is completely unprofessional and rude. She wants to know what’s wrong with you and then tell if you the doctor can help you or not, basically she thinks she has the ability to diagnose your problem over the phone and screen you before you are even allowed to set up an appointment to see the doctor. Take peoples information, set up their appointment and don’t have a crappy attitude when you do it. Your job is not that hard. If I want a diagnosis from someone I want them to have and MD behind their name not some secretary with a perpetual chip on her shoulder and bad attitude. How she has stayed employed there so long is beyond me. Not worth the hassle.August 07, 2017by Jim Smith
